I Have Esxi 4.1 u1 installed & Run in one HP HP ProLiant DL580 G7 (4 x intel E7520). if Intel Hyperthreading Options = Enabled AND Processor Core Disable = All Cores Enabled ,i have 4x4x2= 32 Logic CPU , Only 2 or 3 VM runing in the Host , but 8 vcpu per Guest VM, i can’t use all logic cpu full.
